Introduction and Overview
A sacred path of clearing, restoring, and embodying vibrant health.
This program is a practical, guided process to help you reduce internal toxicity, gently clear parasites and waste, and reset your habits in a way that brings energy, clarity and renewed connection with your body.
You will meet this journey at your own level. Some will tiptoe in while others will dive deep. Both are perfect. Whether you’re here to try a new rhythm or to commit fully to a lifestyle reset, you’ll be held through every step. There is no rush. This is not a race.
Over the course of 12 weeks, we’ll move in cycles – each focused on a protocol, followed by nourishment and integration. This gives your body time to process, adapt, and restore without overwhelm.
What to Expect
🌿 Learn how to lower your parasite load naturally through food, herbs, and simple practices
🌿 Discover when and how to cleanse, how much, and what to observe in your body
🌿 Work with natural tools like enemas, castor oil, anti-parasitic foods, and weekly lifestyle shifts
🌿 Stay connected through a private WhatsApp group for questions, insights, and guidance
🌿 Build a toolkit for ongoing detox maintenance and inner terrain support
You will also be introduced to products like ImmunoClean™ and other advanced protocols if you’re called to explore them. But this program is about meeting yourself where you are, using what you have, and learning as you go.
This is an invitation to learn, release, and come back to a clearer version of yourself.
🌱 WEEK 1 – Laying the Ground
This is a foundational week – a chance to prepare both your inner and outer environment before diving deeper. Rather than rushing into remedies, we begin by slowing down, observing, and getting organised. The aim this week is to create the space – physically, emotionally, and practically – to support your body’s upcoming detox work. We prepare by assessing our living space, gathering supplies, and starting the practices that will carry us through the weeks to come. Think of this as a reset and reconnection to your home base – inside and out.
What to Expect This Week:
- Review and print the Preparation & Shopping List
- Begin clearing your living space: check for mould, declutter
- Start daily electrolyte hydration (1/4 tsp quality salt + water + lemon)
- Begin reducing processed food, sugar, caffeine, alcohol, dairy, and meat
- Focus on bowel regularity
- Introduce light movement and grounding: walking barefoot, stretching, sun exposure
- Practice hourly breathing awareness (gentle nasal breathing, long exhales)
- Begin tracking your energy, elimination, and sleep patterns
🌱 Week 2: Establishing Flow
With your foundations in place, this week is about building rhythm and consistency. We begin to gently activate the elimination pathways – particularly the bowels – while supporting the lymph, lungs and skin. This stage is less about intense cleansing and more about ensuring that the waste can move out safely and effectively. We also begin introducing simple, food-based remedies and observe how the body responds. The key here is to build momentum with care, not force.
What to Expect This Week:
-
Begin a gentle parasite-reducing food protocol (e.g. garlic, papaya seeds, pumpkin seeds, ginger)
-
Support bowel regularity: triphala, prune juice, aloe vera, or senna if needed
-
Continue daily electrolyte hydration and breathing practice
-
Light daily movement and dry brushing to support lymph flow (walks, stretches, rebounding)
-
Begin tracking your body’s responses: any shifts in stool, skin, mood, sleep, or cravings
🌱 Week 3: Mobilising the Terrain
This week we begin mobilising deeper waste and increasing internal circulation to support the body’s natural clearing. By now, the bowels should be moving regularly and hydration is a daily habit. We add additional parasite-reducing foods and, for those ready, may introduce more advanced remedies. This week also includes more focus on the lymphatic and skin systems – our secondary detox channels. The aim is to increase internal movement while staying gentle and aware of the body’s responses.
What to Expect This Week:
-
Increase use of parasite-lowering foods in meals
-
Support elimination through mineral baths: Epsom salts, bicarbonate, borax or sea salt
-
Continue daily movement and dry brushing to stimulate the lymph
-
Check in on bowel movements—adjust fibre and hydration as needed
-
Begin emotional tracking: observe energy levels, cravings, and irritability as the internal terrain shifts
🌱 Week 4: First Deep Cleanse
This is your first invitation into a deeper clearing phase. By now your body has had time to prepare and build resilience. This week introduces a short, focused cleanse using one of the core remedies. You’ll also start paying more attention to the signs your body gives you during the cleansing process. The aim is not to push hard, but to deepen gently, using remedies that support the body’s ability to expel what is ready to be released.
What to Expect This Week:
-
Choose a deeper cleansing remedy
-
Adjust dosage based on your body’s response (bloating, fatigue, cramping are signs to slow down)
-
Continue supporting elimination: enemas or bowel herbs as needed
-
Stay consistent with hydration, movement, and gentle meals (soups, steamed veggies, juices)
-
Track emotional and physical shifts: dreams, sleep, skin, digestion
🌱 Week 5: Listening and Adjusting
Now that the first deep cleanse has moved through, this week is about integration and refinement. You’ll focus on listening to your body more closely – what is working, what needs adjusting, and where your system may need more support or more rest. We begin to understand detox not just as something physical, but as a conversation with the body. This is a week of mindful observation, gentle support, and creating space for insights.
What to Expect This Week:
-
Reflect on how your body responded to the deeper cleanse: note changes in energy, sleep, elimination, skin, mood
-
Continue with supportive foods and hydration while pausing from deeper remedies
-
Track your bowel regularity and increase support if needed
-
Maintain grounding practices: breathwork, walking, time in the sun
-
Use this week to reassess your rhythm: Are your protocols manageable? Is there something you want to add or reduce?
-
Keep meals light and supportive: steamed vegetables, broths, smoothies, and juices
🌱 Week 6: Midpoint Cleanse & Clarity
At the halfway mark, the body is often ready for a second round of deeper clearing. By now you’ve built consistency with hydration, movement, and elimination, so this week offers another opportunity for a focused cleanse. You’ll be more attuned to your body’s signals, allowing for adjustments and deeper awareness. The aim is to move through this phase with greater clarity and trust, releasing what has accumulated physically and emotionally.
What to Expect This Week:
-
Optional second deep cleanse (3 days on, followed by rest days – cleansing may be felt more deeply at this stage)
-
Support your body with mineral baths, enemas, and light movement
-
Keep meals simple and clean to reduce load on digestion
-
Track any new symptoms or changes: improvements in energy, digestion, mental clarity, or emotional release
-
Begin to feel a shift in rhythm – more presence, lighter body, clearer mind
🌱 Week 7: Supporting the Skin and Lymph
As your internal cleansing continues, the skin and lymphatic system take on a larger role in elimination. This week, we bring specific attention to these secondary detox pathways, supporting them through movement, breath, and natural therapies. The aim is to keep things moving and to lighten any burden that might have shifted from the gut to the skin or joints.
What to Expect This Week:
-
Focus on skin detoxification: continue or increase dry brushing, mineral salt baths, and sunlight exposure
- Detoxification through hot and cold therapy
-
Pay attention to skin symptoms: rashes, itchiness, or body odour can indicate detoxification
🌱 Weeks 8–12: Intuitive Integration & Long-Term Rhythm
The second half of this program is more fluid and intuitive, shaped by the unique needs of each group. While the foundational work is now in place, the focus shifts toward deep integration, nervous system support, and sustaining a rhythm that can carry you well beyond the 12 weeks.
You will be guided through practices that strengthen the lymphatic system, support emotional regulation, restore gut balance, and refine your relationship with food, rest, and breath. Rather than introducing more complexity, we return to simplicity—consolidating what works for your body and preparing you for sustainable, long-term maintenance.
What to Expect in Weeks 8–12:
-
Deeper attention to the nervous system through breath, rest, and presence
-
Optional second or third cleansing rounds with remedies you’ve come to trust
-
Rebuilding gut flora with fermented foods, prebiotics, and mucosal lining support
-
Recommitment to hydration, grounding, and food that supports your terrain
-
Emotional and lifestyle reflection to carry your learning forward
By the end of the 12 weeks, most participants are ready to move into a monthly maintenance rhythm, aligned with the 28-day lunar cycle. This ongoing practice involves choosing a protocol and cleansing for 3–5 days each month, beginning just after the full moon. It’s a gentle and sustainable way to keep your inner terrain clear and balanced.
This is not the end of your journey – it’s the beginning of a new way of living in relationship with your body.

FAQ
Can I use filter tap water?
Yes! If that’s what’s available to you, simply bless it, filter it, and drink with confidence.
Is vitamin B12 supplementation necessary for vegans?
We focus on restoring your gut flora so your body can naturally produce B12. With a healthy digestive system, supplementation is often unnecessary.
What if I don’t want to use enemas—are there alternatives?
Absolutely. You can support bowel movements with:
-
Senna tea
-
Triphala powder
-
Castor oil or castor oil packs
-
Epsom salts in herbal infusions
These help keep your bowels regular and prevent build-up.
Are fermented foods allowed? (Yoghurt, kefir, kombucha?)
-
Dairy yoghurts are discouraged.
-
Kombucha fermented for over 21 days is fine.
-
Goat’s yoghurt may be used in a transition phase.
-
Homemade sauerkraut and simple ferments like browned apple are also supported.
Can people with chronic fatigue or serious health conditions join?
Yes. In fact, gentle cleansing can support chronic fatigue. We encourage slow, mindful pacing for anyone with serious conditions—always checking in and adapting as needed.
How do I work this cleanse alongside medications or medical conditions?
This program is not a replacement for medical care. Please maintain communication with your doctor. The cleanse is built around whole foods and gentle practices—no need for harsh supplements—and we’ll support you individually, based on your background.
What’s the approximate cost of this cleanse?
Basic pantry items often last several months. Optional additions include:
-
ImmunoClean™ – ~R500 for a 3-month supply
-
Fenbendazole – ~R250 for initial use
-
Castor oil, pumpkin seeds, DE, and enema kit are one-time or reusable respectively
Overall, participants often report moderate, manageable costs depending on how deep they choose to dive.
Will I experience detox reactions like bloating, skin rashes, or constipation?
It’s possible. These are normal signs of clearance.
-
For bloating, try peppermint tea, warm compresses, or Epsom salt baths.
-
For skin rashes, apply castor oil topically while continuing internal remedies.
-
For constipation, rotate in senna tea, castor oil packs, or enemas, and support with hydration and fiber.
Are cravings normal during the cleanse?
Yes – cravings often indicate mineral deficiencies or shifts in gut terrain. We use mineral hydration and veggie juices to rebalance. Cravings may also signal parasites reacting to changing conditions.
Is apple cider vinegar (ACV) recommended?
We prefer fresh lemon water for its purity and simplicity. If you choose ACV, select high-quality, unadulterated brands, and consider your sensitivity to fermented products.
Can I stay on a keto or meat-based diet during the cleanse?
Yes, you can, though adjustments are recommended—especially during deeper cleanse phases. You’ll be guided on balancing animal protein with plant-based foods and mindful timing.
How do I continue after the 12 weeks?
We encourage moving into a monthly maintenance cleanse, aligned with the lunar cycle. Each month, 3–5 days of gentle cleansing with your preferred remedy helps maintain clear inner terrain.
