Meet Letitia

“Embarking on a spiritual journey is like getting into a very small boat and setting out on the ocean to search for unknown lands.” – Pema Chödrön

Letitia is a certified cacao facilitator, detox retreat co-host, and spiritual mentor who guides individuals in integrating plant medicine experiences into everyday life. She supports people with microdosing, cacao ceremonies, mindset transformation, and deep soul alignment through a grounded, heart-centered approach.

With a background in herbalism, sacred traditions, and intuitive coaching, Letitia walks beside others as they reconnect with their hearts, their voice, and the natural world. Her work blends elemental wisdom, sacred space-holding, and practical tools to support deep inner transformation.

A Calling Rooted in Earth & Spirit

Sacred Plant Integrations was first seeded around 2021, though in many ways, it was born long before that. I created it because I wished something like this had existed when I began my spiritual journey more than 20 years ago—when I felt alone, confused, and deeply changed by my experiences with sacred plants and consciousness.

I now offer others what I longed for then: a grounded, heart-based space of support, integration, and guidance. A place to remember that the medicine is within.

What Is Sacred Plant Integration?

This work is about embodiment. It’s about helping you take the insights, visions, and shifts from plant medicine experiences—and weave them into your daily life.

I support people working with:

  • Sacred plant teachers like Iboga, San Pedro, Ayahuasca, psilocybin, rapé, and cambo

  • Microdosing protocols, with a focus on gut health, detoxing, and sensitivity

  • Cacao ceremonies, which form the heart of this work

  • The elements—earth, fire, water, air, stone, and ether—as guides for presence and transformation

But mostly, I guide people back to their own hearts. I don’t have the answers. You do. I simply hold space, reflect, and walk beside you.

The Environment of a Cacao Ceremony

The environment of a cacao ceremony is intentionally created to be safe, supportive, and conducive to inner exploration. Although you can experience a solo ceremony, one of cacao’s purposes is to bring us together through community, and is best experienced with a group – creating a sense of love, community, and unity. She also loves to be in the great outdoors, and in locations where movement can be experienced freely.

Union, Remembrance & the Pilgrimage to Bali

A powerful past-life regression reminded me of who I’ve been before—a lifetime as Athena, surrounded by waterfalls, animals, and medicine on a planet with two moons. A life of harmony with nature.

The very next day, Fran from Cape Cacao invited me to Bali. It was my first trip abroad, and a sacred pilgrimage to the land where cacao is grown. I walked the lands, witnessed the full process—from tree to fermentation to sacred drink—and deepened my reverence for the medicine.

Douglas joined me as my pilgrimage ended. On September 3rd, his birthday and the new moon, we visited the Pyramids of Chi, where we attended a full moon fire ceremony and declared our first shared manifestation:

A home. A sanctuary. A place of connection.

Not long after, the pieces fell into place and we moved to Montagu.
