A Cacao ceremony is a guided ritual of remembrance — a soft yet powerful invitation to reconnect with your heart, your body, and the rhythms of nature. Held with deep reverence and love, these ceremonies are rooted in the ancestral wisdom of working with Ceremonial Grade Cacao as a plant medicine and heart teacher.
Letitia is a certified Cacao facilitator based in the Karoo region of the Western Cape, near Cape Town. She offers one-on-one, couple, and group ceremonies both in person and online, woven with sound, movement, prayer, and elemental guidance. Each ceremony is crafted to meet you exactly where you are — whether you are celebrating life, honouring death, or seeking clarity during transition.
A Cacao ceremony is a sacred space where we drink Ceremonial Grade Cacao with intention. Unlike recreational cacao drinks, this is not about consumption — it’s about communion. Cacao opens the heart, stills the mind, and activates the body’s natural wisdom.
Types of Ceremonies I Offer
- Private Ceremonies – for individuals, couples, or families
- Group Ceremonies – in person or online (3+ people)
- Rites of Passage Ceremonies – for birth, loss, marriage, transition, and more
- Elemental Ceremonies – tree planting, water blessings, fire rituals
- Custom Ceremonies – co-created to suit your theme or vision
All ceremonies are grounded in the medicine wheel and the sacred elements: Fire, Water, Earth, Nature, Air, Stone, and Ether.
What to Expect
Each ceremony is different, but may include:
- A cup of Ceremonial Grade Cacao, served with prayer and presence
- Guided meditation and intention setting
- Sound healing, music, or singing
- Movement or dance
- Breathwork or somatic release
- Connection with the elements and directions
- Space for sharing and integration

Cacao ceremonies are offered on a sliding scale, with the following suggestions:
Private Ceremonies (90 minutes):
- One person (in person): R1111
- One person (online): R888
- Two people (in person): R888 per person
- Two people (online): R555 per person
Group Ceremonies (3+ people) (90 minutes):
- In person: R555 per person
- Online: R333 per person

All in-person ceremonies are held at the Home of Sacred Plant Integrations in Montagu, nestled in the heart of the Karoo, Western Cape — a land of silence, beauty, and deep medicine. Ceremonies are also available in Cape Town or other areas on request.
