Refund & Return Policy

At Sacred Plant Integrations, each product is crafted or selected with deep care and integrity. Due to the nature of our offerings—primarily consumables such as superfood shakes, herbal capsules, and plant-based remedies—we are unable to offer refunds or returns on opened or used products.

However, your satisfaction and experience matter deeply to us. If you believe your situation qualifies for a refund or exchange, please read the details below and contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

 

Eligibility for Returns

 

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.

  • You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase and clear photographs of the item if there is an issue.

 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 

Please inspect your parcel upon delivery. If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 3 days of receiving it.

  • Kindly email us with clear photos of the issue and packaging.

  • If your claim is approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps, which may include a replacement or refund.

 

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened or used consumables (capsules, powders, tinctures, etc.)

  • Perishable or custom-made items

  • Gift cards or digital downloads

  • Sale items

 

 

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you have not received your funds, please contact us.
