Shipping & Delivery

At Sacred Plant Integrations, we ship your sacred medicines and superfoods with deep care from our home base on a small farm near Montagu, South Africa. Please read the following information to understand our shipping process and timelines.


 

1. Order Processing

 

Rural Dispatch Schedule

We are rooted on a remote farm approximately 15 km from the nearest town, so courier collections are not daily. Parcels are handed over 3–4 times per week when we travel into town.

Same-Day / Next-Day / Up-to-Three-Day Dispatch

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (SAST) on weekdays are typically dispatched the same day or the following business day. In rare cases—especially around public holidays or high order volumes—dispatch may take up to three business days from confirmation. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Stock Availability

All items are subject to availability. If something is unexpectedly out of stock, we will contact you within 24 hours to arrange an alternative, backorder, or refund.


 

2. Delivery Timeframes

 

  • Main Cities, Regional & Outlying Areas: 1–3 working days from the day your parcel is collected by the courier.

  • Couriers often deliver sooner—so you might receive your parcel earlier than expected!

 

Please note:

  • Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.

  • Delays due to adverse weather or road conditions are possible, but we will keep you updated if anything affects your delivery.

 


 

3. Delivery Partners

 

  • Primary Courier: PUDO (Pick-Up, Drop-Off) – locker-to-door or locker-to-locker delivery.

  • Secondary Courier: The Courier Guy – used for bulkier orders or areas not covered by PUDO.

 

📦 Tracking details will be sent via email once your parcel is on its way.


 

4. Shipping Costs

 

  • Dynamic Rates: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and parcel size. Rates may change if our courier partners adjust their pricing.

  • Free Shipping Offers: From time to time, we may offer free shipping on orders over a certain value or through promo codes. These will be clearly indicated at checkout.

 


 

5. Remote & High-Risk Areas

 

If your address is in a remote or high-risk area (e.g., border posts, mines, or distant farms), there may be a courier surcharge or a requirement to collect from your nearest PUDO locker or Courier Guy depot. If this applies, we will contact you directly to arrange the most suitable delivery method.


 

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

 

If no one is available to receive your parcel:

  • The courier will attempt to contact you via phone or SMS.

  • A second delivery attempt will usually be made the next business day.

  • Alternatively, the parcel may be redirected to your nearest PUDO locker for collection.

 

📦 Parcels not collected within 7 calendar days will be returned to us. A re-shipping fee will apply.


 

7. Damaged or Lost Parcels

 

All parcels are insured up to their declared value. If your delivery arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please:

  • Take clear photographs of the parcel, including the outer box and contents.

  • Notify us within 24 hours by emailing hello @ sacredplantintegrations.com.

    We will assist you in arranging a replacement or refund, in alignment with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

 


 

8. Address Accuracy

 

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete, including:

  • Street name and number

  • Unit or complex name (if applicable)

  • Contact person’s name and phone number

 

We cannot take responsibility for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
