This is more than an event.
It is an ancient rhythm remembered.
A return to softness.
To the wisdom that lives in your body, your womb, your voice.
Here, there is no performance. No pressure.
Just presence. Just truth.
You are invited to sip Cacao and open your heart.
To laugh. To cry. To rest.

The Circle
Every first Thursday of the month, we gather.
From 6:00 to 7:30pm, just outside of Montagu (approx. 10–17km, directions provided upon RSVP).
We meet on a peaceful farm — either outdoors beneath the sky, or indoors surrounded by warmth and candlelight, depending on the weather.
Each gathering is unique — shaped by the women present and the energy of the evening.
What to Expect
A Cacao drinking ritual to open the space and soften the edges.
A grounding arrival into the body.
A sharing circle — where your truth is welcome, whether spoken or silent.
Space for teaching, reflection, or movement based on the flow of the evening.
Occasional themes around:
Womb healing & feminine archetypes
Voice activation & intuitive sharing
Movement, dance & breath
Seasonal transitions or moon phases
You are never expected to be or do anything other than exactly who you are.
The Exchange
This offering is shared on a donation basis, with a suggested minimum of R100 to help cover the Cacao, firewood, candles, incense, and any shared food or materials that support the space.
You are also most welcome to bring offerings for the altar — such as flowers, feathers, meaningful objects, or something delicious to share with your sisters. Your presence is the greatest gift, and any additional contributions are received with deep gratitude, helping to sustain the Circle and the sacred container it holds.
It was wonderful dear Letitia, I really loved it, meant to say what a beautiful voice you have and so glad you are using and sharing it. You held the space beautifully, and I felt sincerely and warmly welcomed, even loved and cared about .

Truly the best experience I’ve had. I am still very young, and this was my first women’s / spiritual group experience, however, what an inspiring and healing start to my journey! I felt accepted and understood for the first time in my life, as well as meeting other women who share the same spiritual beliefs. I still have much to learn, but now i know how, and i have people like Letitia and Tamsin who can guide me.
Letitia showed up in the Cacao Training container with an open heart, and grace, and a kindenss, which was obvious to me from the start that she walks the sacred path with devotion. It has been wonderful to mentor her over the years, and watch her become more of who she truly is. When she found her voice during this journey with Mama Cacao, I knew she was ready to hold space and share her heart’s truth with others. Facilitating her and Douglas’ wedding ceremony in Bali after our Cacao Pilgrimage was an honour and a joy. The caterpillar is now a butterfly, and anyone wishing to work with Letitia will be well held and supported by her graceful spirit and skill.
